Remove 60 seconds per IP posting restriciton

I understand this is to prevent bots spamming, but for instance, me and Rinny both share the same IP, and whenever I post something she keeps getting that message while she is trying to post too...and if she posts something, I get it too of course.

"The last post from your IP address was less than 60 seconds ago. Please try again later"

Could you please look into it and see if you can find a solution?   :<3:

It's odd that it's actually counting you both. I've never had that happen with Emmie and I before, and it certainly never happened back when I lived with Quincy and I know him and I posted on the same forums in quick succession.

Dropped the number to 30 so you shouldn't see it as often, and if you do there should only be a couple of second's wait

Racky, I know you've said you dropped it down to 30 seconds but I've just experienced the 60 second message. :<

It's probably linked to yesterday's DB work^^ can you revert it back please Racky?

Whoops, sorry guys - Zell's right in that some of the settings had reset after the work I did on the db, just switched it to 15 seconds. Let me know if anything else needs to be changed back
